Need Help DatabaseServer.exe

When i Run DatabaseServer.exe in offifiles it said
can't connect character db

I think you did not execute and create the CHARACTER_01_DBF.sql, is this v11 or v14?

Maybe I have to edit the pw in the database.ini?

im using v11... or my pc dotn have enough memory? i got 4gb ram 64bit....do i need more thing for it?

i even got a video for setting up the files i did all correctly dunno what's wrong...
