Try to connect to 192.168.1.254 .

Edit Nvm it's for routers(http://portforward.com/). You sure your switch allows to open port for a specified static ip?

A switch does not have routing functions so it can't portforward, port forwarding is a routing function. As you are connected to the internet there must be a router somewhere. Try to connect to addresses like 192.168.x.x (x=0 or 1 or 2) or 10.0.0.1 I have routers at my home which have these type of addresses, to be specific, 192.168.1.1 and 10.0.0.1

Just go to google, and type the name of your router and add 'how to portforward'.

Please listen, a switch does not have routing functions. Port forwarding is a routing function. Meaning a switch cannot port forward. A switch simply forwards packets to it's destination. There are no controls in a switch.
I have taken classes in networking so I know what I am talking about.

Your hamachi ip will be like your normal ip, just search for a tutorial on making your server public. Find where people put in their own ip and where they put there local address. Then put your hamachi ip on the place where people put their own ip and leave the others on the local address (127.0.0.1)

Maybe you don't got a router, that's why your IP doesn't work.

OMFG, ain't that what I am saying the whole time? Isn't he saying he is trying to forward but can't connect to his switch?

But to respond to this, he must have a router somewhere else he cannot get internet. Even if there is a switch between him and the "internet" there must be a router somewhere. It is possible that he cannot connect to the router because the router has a different type of address then he tried.
However you can NOT connect to a switch, and a switch cannot be used to portforward as the switch has no routing functions. The switch does not hide other computers. It does not translate network addresses.

I just looked at the screenshots and noticed something. You don't have a default gateway set. It should be 192.168.1.1

Hey pal, that Mr. Weed guy doesn't read before he posts.

Also Shadow is right. That might cause the problem.
