Neuz.exe Crashes, I fixed, then I get this....

I am making my own private server, and this is my first one (lol at me...)
I got the server set up, then when I try to open the client via neuz.exe, it crashed. I moved everything around and messed with stuff then finally I got it to open, but then it gave me this BS:



Anyone know how to fix this? I have the latest client, and I can't find neuzmsg or neuz.cpp
I just don't have them. So, WHAT DO I DO.
