Try setting your options in the neuz.ini to the lowest settings. People have some sort of issue with the BlessedInfintum source and that, or so I see from FlyFF servers. Also, post your error logs.

And why on earth are you using a Mac theme on a Windows PC? I understand Windows 7 hasn't got the best design ever, but Mac definitely doesn't surpass that.
