Re: New o3d Models?
do i need to open convert first a flyff model to .obj to work with a new model? or can i just make a model from scratch and then convert it to .o3d?
I think you can start from scratch since .o3d would be a standard structure
i found a key.obj on the internet and i tried to add it to game and using obj2o3d.exe failed to convert it.. something weird. like error on vx vector etc etc .__.
No clue on this one, probably its because the converter is not complete.
why when i added a flyff v11+ weapon to a v6 server and i upgrade it with elements .. the elements is not displayed?
I would say the .o3d have something that tells where to put the element, but the .obj dont so its lost in the conversion.
What is a nice program to start modeling.. i tried 4cinema 4d and i dont know how to work with it.. i cant like spand the items just move the item D:
I used 3ds max, not to model flyff objects though, it dont look hard to use.
what other games use .obj or .o3d files? wow? cabal?
.o3d I think none because its a proprietary structure from aeonsoft, but if someone makes a converter to .obj, all 3D models could be like that.
is it possible to import a .obj from internet to a .o3d?
I think you can.

cinema 4d is an awesome program if you want to spin the object there's a rotating tool on the top toolbar if you want to spin around the tool as in camera wise holding alt + mouse-clicking is what you should do :)
