well personnally i think it's so sad that link are not allowed, it could be interesting to learning purpose to have beast, we are not all leecher. Well after if people don't know how it work, then, it's their problem...

I don't ban anyone. I infraction ban them. There is a difference. Its temporary. The only ones that have the power to actually ban someone is the super mods like Akaruz.

Let me make one thing clear. Keep on posting it because I have people contacting me all day when they see it. Its a giant trojan that will destroy your machine as soon as you open it. The only one that wasn't infected was the one deadly gave me but that was a long time ago.

Divine, there are two reasons I don't allow Beast YET. One being this one is riddle with infection and two, Mica or whoever she/he is wasn't supposed to have it. If Deadly wants it released, then it will be released but not until then. It's his charge. Plus I don't want any lawsuit from Aeonsoft about the program being used. It jeopardizes my position here and I ain't letting that happen. Yes they still use Beast at Aeonsoft, how do you think they made Azria look like that and the new places like volcane, house, coral Island, etc.

This goes far past just plain respect to not use stolen files.

There are many reasons why Deadly can be pissed about it being leaked and Glaphan can " think he's a god "

They are copyrighted files that were stolen from Gala-Net / Aeonsoft. And I'm pretty sure that some kind of legal action can be taken against us ( here at ragezone, or any other forums for that matter ) for allowing this kind of program to be distributed within this server.

It basically is what most people would call " warez. "

But back to the matter. I don't want things that can be lawsuited against (is that even a word?). That includes programs used by companies like Aeonsoft and official server files. You don't see fame releasing their files here. They put up a pretty good wall keeping out the legals from coming after them which I highly doubt anyone around here can do.

There is a fine line between private server file development and actually using official files. Both are illegal while the private one is considered not illegal by some because its made from scratch and only uses the packets to fuel their development.

So now I will leave each of you with this. Stick with making things yourself and sharing them rather than grabbing things already in use by big business. leave that to the big boys.
