the new madrigal crashes because of the .rgn file. maybe there are NPC or mobs that are defined in the new .rgn file which is not defined in your files. you can change the model look in the .dyo of the map where the NPC is. Open it using dyo manager. Look for the NPC you want to edit. Let's say the Buff Pang ( MaFl_Helper_ver12 ).

    Code:
    5
    113.4456
    0
    0
    0
    8279.326
    81.11843
    2810.451
    2
    2
    2
    5
    200
    -1
    0
    2
    MaFl_Helper_ver12
    1
    0
You need to change the line 13(red) to the ID of the NPC you want to use. Change it to 20 to make the Buff Pang an Aibatt, 211 to use the Boboku model. You can look for the ID in defineObj.h.

    Re: NPC look/model

hmm. when you want to edit using beast. you need to put the model first then assign the NPC.. so you have to delete the NPCs add a new NPC model then right click the model go to properties and change the NPC to whatever NPC you want that model to be. Personally, I prefer doing it with DYO manager. It's easier and faster. if you don't have the DYO Manager. you can download it here: DYO Manager
