But sir, what i mean is adding item on NPC shop like Fashion Set, Pets and .....

Wow, I'm not to good at this, but I will try to explain to best of my abilities.
In propItem.txt you will find that items are grouped.
A group is indicated by "IK3_" in the beginning of it.
IK3_SCROLLS is the one for Protects i believe.
So if you follow that guide, you will change the group to the different groups you discover inside of propItem.txt.
