There are some GM commands for the official's. add them pls

and there are some commands documented as "not in use" but they are in use:

/Lua - loads an lua script. for example: /Lua Event.lua
/ReloadConstant - reloads the constant.inc file

Is It ok if a person from the U.S.A to use the offical files?? Because i heard i could get sude for making the server public

Updated the Index and added CompuIves' Guide.

and for that I have quite a different problem as the MSQ 2005 is installed in the middle of the installation restart my computer and how to include this in the desktop and restart again, and again until the format the well but I still can not install the MSQ 2005

1. delete all the installed MSQ 2005 files
2. press start then click run and type regedit
3. once it opend search for anything related to those files and delete them
4. reinstall
