Jandy try re-installing the old files back, and if you haven't already, port forward your router. Also try using another world server. That might work..

Aagib already made it clear, is he's the only one to connect to the world, he should portforward. If no one can, reinstall the files.

I dont think its a hacker because as far as I know there aren't many people that will hack you so that only you can connect.

Hmm try using a public ip in your account and log-in server ini's. I once had that problem, Now they can connect but the new problem is I the host can't connect ingame :/
