i was thinking about making it something like this cause i hate high rate. it doesnt feel like you have accomplished an thing.
30% 20% 10% 5% 2.5% 1.125% 1% 0.5% 0.250% 0.125%
And about the decrease
lets say you will have an 2.5% change that it will decrease an level uppon failing.
So i also like the idea of the scroll that protects your weapon for leveling down.
But again its just an idea.
