Powerlevel Cap

Heya everyone!,

I'm trying to change the range in which someone can lvl someone else in a party (plvling). Usually it's at 19 lvl diffrence. I want to change this, but don't know where :/.

Does someone know where to do that and would help me? I would be very happy if someone knows the answer! :)

If what you want is the exact line is I don't think your gonna get an answer with that being said someone at the forum you asked this question first at has already given you a hint and anyone here would give you the same one so your best bet is to just start reading.
