problem with DB....

after I'm choosing bak and pressing ok,its Shows me that :

On databases, Right click, New Database, ACCOUNT_DBF, then ok.

Right click on ACCOUNT_DBF > Tasks > Restore Database. Then

'From Device' You should be opened up to where the ACCOUNT_DBF is, select it, okay, okay, then click the check box on it to override the existing database. Then select the 2nd thingo in the.. list on the left, and choose the 'over write' option, Okay and you should be sweet.
