Problem with Premium Shop

I have a little problem with the shop flyff premium.
I buy an item but I do not receive the item!

Did you config it properly, following the thread it was released in?

did you remember to relog? It does say that and I seen it in action where there wasn't any backpack in my inven but on relogging (like instructed) it was there.

edit: actually I just came acrossed the same problem. Went to buy the Wings of the Divine Profit and it's not showing up in my inven.

kitballard's post has enough information to solve that problem. The SEND_ITEM_TBL in the database handles the in-game part. The problem with The Wings of Divine Prophet, is the name is longer than the database allows. go increase the max length of that column in the table.

I don't see that. Also I just tried to buy some Pet needle things... uh.. pet hatchers? Now I can't log into my char >=\

Edit: Found it: It was called ITEM_SEND_TBL. My char's still boned on that error...

edit 2: Bah I'm not mssql savvy. How would I go about changing it from 32 (which is actually big enough according to the letter count of Wings.)? And how can I delete crap from my inven since I'm stuck to unable to log in with those bogus Egg Hatchers?

Also make sure the item name and ID is correct in the db. It won't work unless both are completely correct.

as far as i know, item ID has nothing to do with it (I've looked at the IDs that end up in the table, and they don't match defineitem.h)
but the item name has to 100% perfectly match propitem.txt.txt (including spaces that might be at the end of the line)

It's good for me!
It is necessary for names of items are exactly the same as in the propitem.txt.txt (name + description) .
The shop is in English, I'm French =p.

My version of that webshop requires it to match the id and name, as it sends it by the id.

Nonetheless, you might have another version.
