Problems in commands + Glow

Hello Ragezoners,
I have some problems here...

1. Glow still bleu even if I change it (Client problem) :junglejane:
I changed the 2 texture files but It didn't work... I replaced all of the SFX folder... still doesn't work

2. Slash commands dosn't show ingame (Source Problem)
I checked AUTHORIZATION.H and FUNCTEXTCMD.CPP and It seems to be right ... I can't define the source of the problem
