Quick Question about textClient

so i'm using GoH files and i have overlapping ID's in textClient, i'm looking to find what files i need to edit to change the textClient ID

for example, my fashion combine system

IDS_TEXTCLIENT_INC_003213 Only blessed fashion items can be placed here.
IDS_TEXTCLIENT_INC_003214 Incorrect fashion slot. Refer to the slot label on the left.


these 003213 and 003214 already belong to something else, so what would i need to change in other files, to change my fashion combine ID's
