Refining Speed Increase

Any ideas on how I would increase the refining speed of the safe upgrade shop? Not only that but also the accessories and piercings?

(In-case you don't know what im talking about its the green bar that goes across when you upgrade an item)

Currently its 2 seconds per each upgrade attempt (20 seconds to get through all 10), I want to bring it down to around 5 seconds in total.

I have searched google but got nothing other than ultimate_ultimateweapon file but thats not the one I need.

Look for m_dwEnchantWaitTime, everywhere it is currently stated as 4 secs, change it to whatever you'd like

Thanks Nick, I found it under wndField.cpp, I have not test it yet but thanks for letting me know, it was bugging me for so long. :D

It did not work, it still takes 20 seconds for 10 Ori's to be completed, any other ideas Nick?

I am unsure then, that should've worked

You changed it to be SEC(1) correct? that would make it max 10 secs for entire 10, however doing + 500 will do 5 secs total.

Go to WndField.cpp
and searches for

g_tmCurrent + SEC(4);

These are the seconds that have to wait her.The you can now set the time how long it should take, upgrading or pedestals.

Safe Upgrade (via Npc)

Go to WndField.h
and searches for

enum { ENCHANT_TIME = 2 };

Same as in the individual upgrade.just the 2 replaced by 1 or 0, and it is faster or without wait.

Can i also Ask how to edit Awakening speed?... and after editing the SRC Source or WndField.cpp should i just save and leave it there.. then test? am i not gonna like in resource character.ini change after everyedit put in client data.res?... if im editing source do i not need to do extra things to make them work or i should just leave them?.. sry thats all i ask for and im done in source part i hope i get some positive replies :)

You must compile your source

You will need to compile your source, and then it's always best to re-do your resdata files too just to make sure you don't miss anything.

Also awake speed is done at the same time as the enchant speed (piercing and upgrading and such).

Another way to increase awake speed is to add a command instead that does it for you (this can be found using a simple search on the internet)

I see Thanks a Lot... now i gotta find a guide about compiling haha i hope i find some ..
