    Region file format

    Hi,
While developing map instances on my server, I got to a point where I must fully parse rgn files.
I asked Akitasha and Bim, and we tried analyzing rgn files as much as we could. A small documentation is attached.
Also, an example for a reader can be found here.

If anyone finds the meaning of one or more unknowns, feel free to post it so I can update.

another one debunked. As soon as we can figure out the LND files we should be able to correct the mob's y position and no more falling mobs.

How about you collect all formats and pin them in a topic?
