Request vs13/vs15 files of ketchup

Why VS13? this is the only compiler I have on my PC. (i dont have the latest visual studio compiler on my PC. which I tried to install it almost 25+ GB Download size and I only have 24GB Monthly Data Internet )

They are buggy/unstable and not supported by me.

Use the 2019 ones instead.
