Let me just point one thing:
"[int] Packet length –10000000 which is inversed so it must be: 00 00 00 01 ?"
It is 00 00 00 10, you just inverse byte by byte, a little example:
    76 54 32 10 = 10 32 54 76

Nops, like I said, it invert just bytes position, not the byte it self, you inverted them all except the first one, the received byte is count from 0 to 7 desc(76 54 32 10) but the inverted wont be 01 23 45 67(from 0 to 7 asc), it will be 10(the last byte) 32(the 3rd byte) 54(second) 76(first). :]
