LibertyCMS is a CMS, based on iPwn v3.0, adapted to Rhisis Emulator.
Like Caali's files isn't allowed anymore in this section, i decided to work with Rhisis Emulator.
The Caali's Liberty CMS will not be updated.

But, what are the changes ?
For v0.1

• User panel added
• News system added in administration
• Implant buff/reset position completely linked to the CMS and the user panel
• Better coded
• More simple (Your players will thanks you )
• File cleaning (i deleted 75% of useless files and recode the most of the rest)
• Graphics add
• In fact, more light, more simple and better coded.
• Better ranking page
• Firefox Powered :) (yep, advertissement in !)
• Adapted to Rhisis
