Rip animated Item from .nif .kf to Flyff

Hi Guys,
i need a little help to rip animated items from a .nif file to import it into Flyff.

i have item files like this:
stick.nif Model File
stick.dds Texture File
stick.kf Animation File

i can see the animation in nif-viewer but how can i export the animations to Flyff (.chr & .ani ) ?
the model file i can rip and the texture too but not the animation ! :(

Thank you for the 2 nice videos but this part i know and it work fine.
The normal Part ripping is no problem i will rip animated NPC or Mob or Mount or Item and convert it to Flyff with animation (chr&ani)

In l2 they have the same thing, it's done via layering in the dds file which causes the animation.

PS: NifTools only can import version 2.3 (maybe 2.5) and earlier.
