If it didn't work to run as ADMIN. There something wrong with your connections (.ini). Check them out, and tell use your errorlog.

your MSG_VER number in accountserver.ini and loginserver.ini has to match the IDS_MSGVER number in WinMain.rc. yo may change them to numbers or words/letters, but they have to match

But im using a valid account
search the forum on how to change the salt in the source, if your using a source. i think its neuz.cpp but i forget. then change it to what u want. then remake a new account with that salt.
All you have to do is go back from the start. Re-check your .ini's IP, DB pass and ODBC connections. Make sure you got it all right to avoid further more errors.
You can check the salt on the source or you can just edit your own.

Make sure that it is set with "With Intergrated Windows Authenication" Then Next

Run As Admin Ur Files.
