Setting up mssql

Hey... I'm new to these official files and have to setup mssql

I am on the first screen when you open it for the first time.

Server: Database Engine/SQL Server Compact Edition?
Server Name: Is that like what I want the server to be called?
Database File: ?
Authentication: Windows Authentication/SQL server Authentication?
Login:?
Password:?

Then do I change anything in the options?

Server Name: YourCompName\SQLEXPRESS
Database File: Leave
Authentication: Windows Authentication Stays that way
Login:Leave
Password:Leave

Hmm i cant remember lols.
try uninstalling it, then reinstalling it
