Its just a mixture of other sites. I see some of Insanity's site, Stefan Pfeifer's website and parts of other ones. So really it hasnt been designed its just a website with other ones thrown inside it.

@Matt Clarke: you are true in part i looked a lot of server that uses a "surako website" and i picked some things of it,its true it looks like insanity website(i like that desing) but i modified a bit,i made all the images except the headline of news,updates,events that i picked from insanity website
