Its fine as I believe its your first template, mine looked somewhat the same.
The fonts aren't the best, you could try changing them.
I won't bother to code it.
Just take a look into few HTML and CSS tutorials and you can do it by yourself.

You are using the same effect on all of your layers, try to be more creative.
I don't like the big fonts and it is really hard to read.
So a second copied template from you ... I'm at a loss for words.
One copy is for learning purposes, most do it for their first. Then which they make their own. Which means you either lack the ability to learn or a creative mind. Or both.

Probably both. For a first website this wouldn't be too terrible, but for a second one this is pathetic.
@OP You should really consider looking at other websites to get some ideas of what people consider decent looking. Some bevel is OK, but you put too much in and that made it look like shit. Tone down the fonts a little too, they're kind of obnoxious.
