I do that sometimes, but then in public, like at school, people area always in other's business so I'll be having to put it away to avoid any stupid conversation.
Stop making pure image Templates! Try surfing on those with UMTS(or even edge)... (dont even try it..)
You should make a mockup in Photoshop (Make it clean and simple). And then try to build this mockup with css & html. This way, many peaople with disabled Pictures (umts/edge users or mobile phones) will also get a nice looking website.
Your page cant be done this way. (or it wont look like your .psd file)

It's okay. 5/10 for design and effort.
I'd agree with the ratings above, try using objects which colors blend together well, make sure you don't make objects too big or ingame they'll appear very low quality and try not to add objects near the edge of the map, try to block the edge out with fog, an ocean or mountain to make the map look realistic. Other than that nice effort and keep up the good work.
