To be honest you need to work on your design skills and your creation of images if they were made by you.

Thx for all the comments... the website is kinda big i just made it small to full view.. and the upper part is Flash

Its nice, still there is a few things that is out of place and as well crowded.

I also agree that some things are bigger then they should be, but i like it :)
