Skill problem

Hi! noob here, i'm having a strange problem with skill cooldownwhy i can cast skills such as penya strike/asalralaikum etc every timeeven if the skill is still CD it's like unlimited skill, any helps/tips where can i edit this?
Example:

i can spam the invisible skill which can be used only once till the cooldown time finishes other skills are also like this
i would appreciate any answersthnks in advance.

Find the cooldown column in propskill files. Ctrl+shift+f for the name in the source. probably error in moverskill or something.

sir i've checked my propskill.txt/txt propskilladd and even compare it to other propskill via winmerge there's no difference some devs says it has problem with the taskbar :/ and i dont have any idea where might that function is :(
