Some Few Questions [Compiled] [Updated]

Hi,
I need some help to be able to learn to setup flyff and to develop from the released source here.
But I am a newbie/rookie about thing so I need every bit of help from anyone willing.
I wont be doing leeches and stuff like that.
I will be posting my Questions here and also put some solution if ever solved for other to check also.

To start off, I would like to state my purpose and vision.
I wanted to make a FlyFF pServer for me and my friends to play with. Soon, if time allows, move higher having more players. But because I am still starting again. I would like to make it private to my friends only. I can set up ready files and play with it. But I am not satisfied with just a ready files. I would like to start of with a clean v16 server files and source and start adding thing from v17,v18 and probably v19 to it. With this, I can learn more about how the server runs, and maybe help others in the future, or maybe develop something good and interesting things.


My Questions:
1. I have read somewhere that you can make a client from the server files and the resource files. If its true, is there a guide on how? or any information on how it should be done?
2. How can I make my server like this? If there is no guide or released code. At least give me a full hint and I will figure out the rest.

3. I have a problem with my Nuez.exe. This is the error.

1. What can you suggest a good clean source for v16 English Files and a Client to go with it.? I checked the release section and cant decide what to pick. Please help me.
* I started with Blessed Infinitum Source
2. I am running Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, I cant install VS2003 in it because its not supported, but I found that installing VirtualPC and having Windows XP SP3 x64 in it, I can install and use VS2003. Is it possible to do it this way to compile a source?
* I just found out that I can install VS2003 in VirtualPC in WindowsXP Mode. I have compiled the source without problems.

Just use a clean source and put your own things on it. = )
