[source] Help, level 200+ 4 statd per level

For Some reason when i added levels 200+ in my server, you level you get over 500+ stats to add to your attributes, i want to know why it adds so much stats after, and the fix for it, cause i want it to add something like 4 after level 200

cause i know it is somewhere is the source where it controlls the level master 60 - 150 for eflyff official source, but not sure where, any help is appreciated ( i have edited the expTable.inc and exp but not the GP )

anyone have any ideas why this happens? i found how to change the stat points for level 200+ (but that was only the re-stat where it gives you the stat back)
