.sql files

So...I want to install a flyff server, just to test some new skills. I don't care if it's v11 or v15. I am going to use FlyForFame's v11 files since the v15 ones from serus won't work (character loads forever ~_~). . . Now this one has the database in .sql forms and I have absolutely no idea on what to do with them. . . I don't plan on making a dedicated server or anything. I merely want to start a local test server for some skills && items

um no...Using MSSQL and FlyFOrFame's v11 files.
