start a new server

ok so its going to be long so here sum steps before we start:
1:go to toilet
2:take sumthing to drink
3:get back to pc it was joke!
ok so all i want know is if i open server so is there a chance that sumthing will happen like the problem
happend in maple story that nexon started to close pservers like nonestop
cuse i dant want to wast alot of my time and then sum 1 will tell me that i should close it ...
hope get answers as fast as you guys can ty and yea i know my english suck
