Stuck at Channel select, any solutions?

I Port forwarded to what I believe is correct according to guides and what knowledgeable people have told me, but i can't get past Channel selection. I get a pop-up saying "Cannot connect, check the network" or something like that(Too lazy to check it again). In the past i actually got this working, but now I cant. Really frustrating.... Anyone know why it isn't allowing me to get past it? And yes I put in my ip in the correct locations in the .inis.

If you are too lazy to check it again, how do you expect us to take you serious and help you?

I posted this at about 1 am my time. I wanted to get some damn sleep so I'm not a zombie in school and didn't feel like starting my test server up again to show you the error. I'm sure everyone has seen the error at one point.

You said you believed you forwarded correctly, you can check that pretty easy to download this tool http://www.portforward.com/store/PFPortChecker.exe with this you can see if you're ports are open.
