I've noticed a lot of people with it lately, not just at this forum but a couple of others I go to as well...

lol its barley any from templar it also uses some pieces of fame i think and some other websites.

but i have to admit the site really looks nice

In my opinion the site sucks... and the fact of have ripped pieces of alot of webs sucks more...

Looks all like ripped crap.

They just edited some few details to make it looks like an all new website.

and where the background fits with the darkness of the webdesign?

hells dont think like a true Designer

Designers have the skill of use the colors and make them work with the work they are doing

they will not put a Sky Blye as background and than put a red or Black skinned design ...

thoose colors dont fit well

if you really wanted to find out if they ripped it, just check the html and image sizes and if they are the same or very similar, you know that theres 99.9% chance that its ripped.

Anyways... why do people care.

And 2 people make the exact same mistake?

Check the W in downloads on both navigations, on the reflective bottom one.

It flips in both, and it's the only letter to do it as well.

Both are exactly 6,093 bytes (5.95kb)

Both have the same Encoding

We can sue for the fact that we have proof it's ripped by the EXACT same shit on the navigator. it doesn't matter where the rest of the site is based on and it's not a valid point if we would take this to the judges.
But better I'm giving hells a couple of days to remove the navigator or they will be consequences for him and his server.

Despite the fact that it's the same website, you won't be able to sue. Not really good at law, but from what I've heard you live in the US and Hells lives in Romania. Sueing him will not only cost you thousands of dollars, you probably won't be able to pursue the lawsuit in any small claims court, and both of you run illegal private servers. It is also a valid point that you'd be able to "talk to the judges." I don't see any logic in attempting this nor do I see why you had to post this on RZ. From what I've heard RZ is a development forum, not a forum to vent your issues with other servers.

RZ, sorry to say it, is kind of leech and vent forum in this section atm.
I don't live in the US.
The thing about a site and a server is that it's not connected to each other in any way. I can sue him if I want to for taking over something that isn't his and that can infact be pull through by the law. OFcourse that costs alot of money which I don't have, so i'm just giving him a few days to remove it or the conseuqences will be his. I'm not someone you can mess with as most people think that way it seems.
Insanityflyff was a somewhat decent competitor until now, and i think hells would like to stay that way and not get involved with me or my contacts.
