Despite the fact that it's the same website, you won't be able to sue. Not really good at law, but from what I've heard you live in the US and Hells lives in Romania. Sueing him will not only cost you thousands of dollars, you probably won't be able to pursue the lawsuit in any small claims court, and both of you run illegal private servers. It is also a valid point that you'd be able to "talk to the judges." I don't see any logic in attempting this nor do I see why you had to post this on RZ. From what I've heard RZ is a development forum, not a forum to vent your issues with other servers.

Its your own fold erm ohh yea i contacted galanet about the server files getting leaked =) Basically they can proof you stole their files because u use them. If you sue someone for a website you both are screwed because the one who gets sued will talk about the illegal server.

The thing about a site and a server is that it's not connected to each other in any way.

Along with this, hellz and anyone else can't do shit about someone elses server files.

Technically the official files aren't illegal unless Gala/Aeon want to press charges.
