Is there a way to change the text in the title bar using the resource files?
if yes, can you tell which file should i edit to change the text?

Download "Hex Workshop v6" and open the neuz with it. Then search for that title.
PS. (Dont delete the text in Hex Workshop, just change the numbers on the left to 0 (ZERO))

I don't think if there is a installation tutorial or guide of the installation. I think you can do that because it's not really hard to do it, just install it 1 by 1, install the first, 2nd and 3rd (that's it).
If you need the link of the VS 2003 Net Enterprise (that I recommend), go the tutorial video I share and check the link that I used.
