Trouble with mss32.dll.

im trying to make my own private server, and i know iv'e done it correctly until here, i cant seem to laod my loader,
everytime i try to open it, this pops out

Neuz_no_GG.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point _AIL_extract_DLS@28 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll

if anyone know a solution, pls do help :(
and teach me how to fix it :)
and if you could provide a link as well, that would be very highly appreciated :) thanks
