The project was down for a couple of weeks, i'm back on working it, currently busy with a guild vieuw.

seriously, I hope this gets released to the public. The features are wicked and the public really wants this - for free of course.

Like its relevant. Almost all of the time IP Checks for authentication is a poor idea.

Trozay used almost neither at the moment.

It's all PHP based from what I know.

Yano, there is a lil bit of html in there. no javascript at all. just php+sql atm.
I wasnt active for a long time, and i wont be for a few weeks. After that i'll see if i continue this project
