I`ve made a new arena.I put the files into WdArena in server files. Happily opening up server runners , but when i get to the world server it just wont open up???Is there any fix for this?

These files must have same name. What I mean? If you just replaced arena it should be a 3x3 map Which files are named: WdArenaXX-YY.dds, WdArenaXX-YY.lnd, WdArena.dyo, WdArena.rgn, WdArena.txt.txt, WdArena.wld. Hope I helped.

Your new arena isn't the same size as the old one. Your world's dimensions are 5x5 (00-00 to 04-04). You have to change the dimmensions in CoreServer.ini. The ID number for WI_WORLD_ARENA is 208, so find 208 on the left, and change the 4th and 5th values to 5, cause those are the new max dimensions.
