Unable to run Char/World Servers

Hi,

After successfully running the Login Server I get it's console with a message :
[INFO]: ISC Server Started!
[INFO]: Connected to MySQL server!
[INFO]: New server connected!
[INFO]: ISC Communication Active
[INFO]: New server connected!

Then I run CharServer, it opens a new console with [INFO] Connected to MySQL
and [ERROR] InitGamguardAuth ->5 !
and a Fatal error closing application pop up.

When trying to run the WorldServer, yet another console window opens, I see some
messages and it closes. The Login server console shows:
[DEBUG]: Unknown ISC Packet - 0xcaa11
[INFO]: Server disconnected
[DEBUG]: Server deactivated - 0

Where should I look ?
