Wrong, I have no jurisdiction to ban them, If you want to ban them go ahead.

You should make the guide more noob friendly. Perhaps use [Center] and use different color tags for different items.

If it becomes a bit more organized and newb friendly It'll get stickied.

Unless RZ has legal issues like the Maple Story section did, the files have no reason to be banned.
