v15 Database wont open.

My database server wont open up and when i run it on windows service pack 2 xp it says failed to read database.ini and i got the resource path correct but the rest of them are working. Can someone please help me?

Just use windows xp service pack 3 '-'

well im running on windows 7 and i run database.exe on adminstarator
but the rest can work automatically by me just clicking on it

did you checked some guide's to see what you did wrong?

yup i dint find an answer i thought i needed another database.exe thats fixed but there none i guess. But when i change the resource path it says cannor read database.ini
