V15 Help

Hey guys.
No Flaming here please just an innocent quick question.

So I've recently decided (with my Co-Administrator) to switch to v15. And we got everything Set up, the servers run fine, but when I try to connect from my computer (the server is hosted on a dedicated host) I keep getting the "Cannot Connect To Network" error. I'm pretty sure I configured the .ini files correctly, and like in the Walkthrough, I res Hacked the Neuz and changed the IP and Port and compiled it, but it just wont work. If anyone could possibly help me out I would be extremely grateful. Thanks so much.

Well, this worked for me:
I put the ports off and back on. (I made a server 1-2 years ago and the ports from that server were still open)
Maybe that works? But as i read your story, you already have an older version server, right?

Yeah, I have a v14 server, but I'm setting the v15 up on a Dedicated Host, so it's a new computer, and I don't know what's going on :-/
