v16 map window problem(it's not black -.-)

Hello,

I got problem with my v16 map window...

The thing is that when i use it first time after login it pops up.Like that:

But when i close it and click again M button it doesn't show again, it's like hmmm blocked or something...

Please help me I have no idea how to fix it :/

PS:It pops up when i use teleport menu from my npc teleporter...
