This files are bugged :
1- Pet Tamer not working
2 - Server World : Cap lvl over 140 ....
You can try to fix them xD

2. Probably need to edit the worldserver.exe, there was a guide on how to change the cap somewhere in this section.
Theres a guide in the comments on the v15 files.

about the pet tamer idon't know yet,but about the level cap there is a post of 200 lvl max,try figure out how to do it from this thread,you will find some things you need to change in world.exe,i'm still figuring it.
Man i dloaded the files, seted up the sql with the 4 databases you uploaded and used my old v15 databases for the rest, configured everything but when i open the WorldServer it just popup then close, it wont ever start, any help?

make sure you copied model folder to your client,and you can use any v15 DB and check again any v15 guide,it's totaly the same way to set the server.

Change in your char db your char coordinates.
The 1 to dwWorldID
The 3000 to m_vPos_x
The 100 to m_vPos_y
The 2000 to m_vPos_z
Then you will be in Flaris.
