I downloaded a server V19,i never try to open a server...

So,where i download the client v19?

You can take the client from proud flyff.

if you downloaded a source it most likely came with a resource folder, build a Client folder around that and use the compiled neuz if you need some other folders such as Icon and SFX I'd suggest the official but using any other client as long as .res files world folder and Neuz are your own.

Hardly anyone uses those bugged files lol.
Also i'm not sure why you would tell him to use that client if he hasn't stated what files he is using.

For example if he used my old mixed source the proud client wouldn't work.

Anyways @ciromx3138 download and use the current retail client and adapt it to your needs if your project doesn't already have a client.
