What do you mean? Do you want to know how to create a v19 server or how to translate the Virtuos files to English?

Well, briefly, to make it full english, take a english server's resource and copy all .txt files from it and paste into the Virtuos resource. Also, pay attention to some files because since the Virtuos server has some more systems than the usual servers it may contain more lines of scripts in some files.
If I am not mistaken I've already translated it to english... I don't know if 100% but probably around 95% of my server is already in english... give it a try and if you fail doing so let me know and I'll see if I can upload those files.

Take a look in the Tutorials section... there's a lot of tutorials about setting up a v15 server, and in fact setting up a v19 server is exactly the same as v15.

Watch my tutorials on youtube or use cuvvvie's guide. It doesn't matter what kinda of files you use. It's all about knowing how to setup a server with any verison.
