VS03 or 08?

Uhm ok so i was wondering what version to use, shall i go to 2003? 2008?

I Browsed RZ for some answers and found out that most pple use 2003? why?, if im going to use 2008 will i experience some errors? or whatsoever?

The source was originally built in VS2003 Professional. If you use any newer version, you'll have problems while compiling that will need to be fixed or it won't work.
