vs2003 on win7

so I freshly installed win 7 ult after testing win 8 and when I tried to install vs2003 it asked me to enable IIS and FrontPage Server Extensions I was able to activate IIS but not FPSE as I can't locate it I then downloaded it and installed but VS2003 still says it's inactive and I still can't see it in the windows features list any one out there know how to help?

Edit: never mind fixed it turns out the pre req disk will install it for you I feel abit dumb now but it's fine, you should be able to compile and run a flyff server on win 8 FYI
